The Northwestern Medicine Echocardiography Laboratory is a premier academic echocardiography laboratory located in Chicago, Illinois. We perform more than 35,000 echocardiograms annually and have expertise in artificial intelligence, 3-dimensional echocardiography, strain, and structural heart disease.  Our faculty members have national and international reputations (including two past presidents of the American Society of Echocardiography) and many are involved in cutting edge research (including core-lab services). We offer several competitive fellowship programs including: a two-year advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship, a one-year fellowship in artificial intelligence in cardiology, and research fellowships in echocardiography/cardiovascular imaging.
